This is a privately owned apartment and forms part of the owners’ accommodation, although is kept quite private. It is completely run by solar cells. The last 200m of road to the property are not asphalted.

Location: The property rests on a side of a hill only 1km from magnificent quiet and clean beaches on the south side of Crete between the seaside resorts of Preveli and Agios Pavlos and is surrounded by olive groves in a peaceful tranquil setting, there is no other house in a range of 1km. Outstanding and unobstructed sea views and surrounded by mountains. The location is ideal for hiking and walking, there are paths leading to the beach and to the mountains.

Cleaning: Room cleaning / bed linen and towel change twice a week
