Accommodation: The apartment is set within 4,000sm of private garden and is approx. 60sm in size consisting of 1 bedroom with a shower room opposite, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, cutlery etc., TV (Greek channels only), (no washing machine), as well as a large terraced outside area with barbecue completely surrounded by well-kept flower gardens and spectacular uninterrupted views to the sea. This is a privately owned apartment and forms part of the owners’ accommodation, although is kept quite private. It is completely run by solar cells. The last 200m of road to the property are not asphalted.

Location: The property rests on a side of a hill only 1km from magnificent quiet and clean beaches on the south side of Crete between the seaside resorts of Preveli and Agios Pavlos and is surrounded by olive groves in a peaceful tranquil setting, there is no other house in a range of 1km. Outstanding and unobstructed sea views and surrounded by mountains. The location is ideal for hiking and walking, there are paths leading to the beach and to the mountains.
